How do I request a personalised Word-cloud Card?

A word-cloud card will be perfect for anyone you know. Just give me your recipients name and any words which sum them up and the colours you would like. All cards will be based on A4 white card folded into half . They will be posted to you with an envelope so you can write in the card. Please contact me if you have any questions or requests.
